Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, each piece is carefully handmade to order using layered textiles and individually assembled frames. No two are exactly the same, making each artwork uniquely yours.
What does “made to order” mean?
Your piece is created just for you after purchase. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Do the artworks come ready to hang?
Yes, each piece arrives ready to hang with a secure sawtooth hanger attached on the back.
What materials do you use?
Each artwork is created using soft layered textiles and set within a timber look frame, designed to add depth, warmth, and texture to your space.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece follows the same design and fabric selection, however due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur - this is part of the charm. We choose the best section of the pattern to make the focal point and when creating pairs we use our eye for detail to ensure pattern continuity.
Are the colours accurate to what I see online?
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible, but they may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
What size should I choose?
We recommend measuring your wall space before purchasing.
Tip: Use masking tape to map out the dimensions on your wall to visualise the size.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes, bespoke pieces are available. If you’re after a specific size, colour palette, or style, please get in touch via the custom enquiry form.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
How should I care for my artwork?
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Keep out of direct sunlight or damp areas (eg. bathroom)
- Indoor use only
How is the artwork packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping within Australia
We offer simple, transparent shipping across Australia:
- Free Sydney metro delivery on all orders
- Free Australia-wide shipping on small artworks
- Large artworks ship from $20
- Free shipping on all orders over $250

International Shipping
We may be able to offer international shipping on request.
If you’d like your piece shipped outside Australia, please email us with your delivery address and the artwork you're interested in. We’ll provide a custom shipping quote for you.
