As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us at hello@mazmakes.com within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations may occur. This is part of what makes every Maz Makes piece unique.

Each Maz Makes piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using layered textiles and natural materials. To keep your artwork looking its best:
– Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colour and texture
– Avoid moisture or high humidity areas
– Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth if needed
– Handle with care when hanging or moving
